About Socabo

Socabo s.r.o. is a limited company based in Prague, doing business internationally — with a particular focus on Africa. We were built on a simple observation: trade between Europe and African markets is full of opportunity and short on trustworthy operators who genuinely know both sides.

Our registered activities cover production, trade and services in the scope of free trades; purchase, sale, management and maintenance of real estate; wholesale and retail trade; intermediation of trade and services; consulting and the preparation of professional studies and opinions; and the provision of software, IT consultancy, data processing, hosting and web portals.

That breadth is deliberate. Cross-border deals rarely stay inside one box — an export deal needs an intermediary with real due diligence, a market entry needs a study grounded in local knowledge, a trading operation needs software and clean data behind it. Because these capabilities live in one company, you deal with one contract, one invoice and one accountable team.

Why Africa

African markets are among the fastest growing in the world, and European businesses consistently underestimate both the opportunity and the groundwork required. We maintain working relationships with suppliers, buyers and partners in African markets, and we bridge the gap in both directions: helping European companies source from and sell into Africa, and helping African businesses reach European buyers with the documentation and standards EU trade requires.

How we work

Every engagement is fixed-scope and plainly priced. We tell you before we start what we'll deliver, when, and what it costs — and if something is outside our competence, we say so and point you to someone better placed. In cross-border trade especially, that honesty is cheaper for everyone.
